Title: Lenticular Digital Microscopes

Date: 17 April 2007

Lenticular Digital Microscopes

By using dual computer graphics and a lenticular monitor any
two images can be combined to produce autoscopic three
dimensional projections without the need for viewing glasses
Viewing the familiar stereo pair takes on a much higher level of
realism and having the convenience of these images available in
digital form means that libraries of increased data content can
easily be acquired. The standard system comprises a double
matrix 1024×768 colour monitor and compatible graphics card,
which is suitable for personal viewing

However, there is also a higher performance double 1280×1024
screen system for research and teaching environments which is
also suitable for molecular structures studies, engineering and
architecture visualisation and many other applications
